First conversation
We meet in person or by video to hear how you live, what you love about your current home and what you would change. No sales pitch, just listening.

Lot and feasibility
If you own a lot, we review the survey, deed restrictions, flood zone, utilities and trees before anything is drawn. If you are still looking, we help you judge a lot before you buy.
Your partSend the address and any documents you already have.

Design
Your home takes shape on paper with an architect and designer: floor plans, elevations and the details that make it yours. We check every sheet against the site and the budget.
Your partReview the drawings and approve each round.

Selections
Finishes, fixtures, cabinetry, stone and lighting, chosen together in a guided session with real samples. You see how each choice affects the budget before you decide.
Your partChoose what you love. We handle the ordering.

Construction
Permits, foundation, framing, systems and finishes, each checked before the next begins. You get regular updates with photos and site walks at key milestones.
Your partVisit, ask questions and enjoy watching it rise.

Walkthrough and keys
Before closing we walk every room with you, note anything that is not right and put it right. Then the keys are yours.

After you move in
We stay in touch after move-in. Your home is never just a closed file to us, and we come back when you need us.

You will always know what happens next
Regular updates with photos, site walks at key milestones and a direct line to Temi and Keri. If something changes, you hear it from us first, along with what it means and what we are doing about it.
