Where we build

Neighborhoods with character, close to everything

We focus on established inner-loop and near-north Houston neighborhoods with mature trees, strong community and easy access to downtown. If your lot is nearby, ask us: we will tell you honestly whether it is a good fit.

The Heights

Founded in 1891 as one of the first planned communities in Texas, Houston Heights still feels like a town of its own inside the city.

  • A short drive to downtown, the Galleria and the Medical Center
  • Mature trees and historic character

  • Close to The Heights and the bayou trails
