Where we build

Montrose

Museums, galleries, historic homes and some of Houston's best restaurants.

The historic Link-Lee House in Montrose, Houston

The neighborhood

Montrose is Houston's most eclectic neighborhood: historic mansions, small bungalows and modern homes share the same streets.

The Menil Collection, the Rothko Chapel and the Museum District are close by, and the neighborhood is known for its independent restaurants, coffee shops and galleries.

Lots vary a lot in size and shape, from narrow city lots to larger corner sites, so careful planning makes a real difference here.

Buffalo Bayou Park and downtown are a short drive or bike ride away.

Why build here

What we love about Montrose

  • Culture and dining on your doorstep
  • Central location
  • Architectural variety that welcomes good modern design

Our homes

Homes for Montrose

Design concepts show homes we plan and can build. They are not homes for sale today, and photos in their galleries are inspiration, not finished Temi & Keri homes.
