Where we build

Oak Forest

Generous lots and tall oaks in a neighborhood loved by families.

Oak Forest Neighborhood Library in Houston

The neighborhood

Oak Forest was developed mostly after the Second World War, and its name still fits: tall oaks shade most of its streets.

The neighborhood's lots are among the larger ones close to the inner loop, so single-story homes with a garden, or two-story homes with a real backyard, both work well here.

Ella Boulevard and West 43rd Street have shops and restaurants, the Oak Forest library sits in the middle of the neighborhood, and The Heights is a short drive south.

Many streets have deed restrictions that guide what can be built. We read them early, so the design fits from the start.

  • Larger lots and established trees
  • A strong family community
  • Room for single-story living

Our homes

Homes for Oak Forest

Design concepts show homes we plan and can build. They are not homes for sale today, and photos in their galleries are inspiration, not finished Temi & Keri homes.
