About the home
What we are planning
Our first home will rise in The Heights, one of Houston's most loved neighborhoods, in the 77008 ZIP code. Tree-lined streets, historic character and a short drive to downtown make it the right place to begin.
The plans are being finalized now. We are not sharing the address, the floor plan or the price until they are confirmed, because we would rather give you exact facts than early guesses.
Register your interest and you will be the first to see the plans, hear about timing and be invited to a private walk-through once construction begins.
The neighborhood
The Heights
Founded in 1891 as one of the first planned communities in Texas, Houston Heights still feels like a town of its own inside the city.
